Trailhead: Salesforce’s free online learning platform offering modules and trails to help users learn Salesforce skills at their own pace.
IdeaExchange: A platform where Salesforce users can submit, vote on, and discuss ideas for product improvements and new features.
Known Issues: Salesforce’s bug transparency site where known software defects are publicly shared along with their statuses.

Snowfakery: A tool for generating fake data with relationships between tables (objects), useful for creating realistic test datasets – very useful for populating data for Salesforce Demo’s.
Apex Test Data Factory: TestDataFactory is an Apex library designed to streamline the creation of test data in Salesforce by automatically generating and inserting sObjects with all required fields and relationships populated. Developers can specify field values for both primary and related sObjects, enhancing efficiency in writing and maintaining test classes.

Copado: A native Salesforce DevOps platform that provides continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) solutions to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Gearset: A deployment and release management tool for Salesforce that simplifies CI/CD processes and enhances team collaboration.

Ortoo: A Salesforce-native application that automates lead and case assignment, ensuring efficient distribution based on customisable rules.
Kubaru: A lead assignment and distribution engine for Salesforce, designed to optimise the allocation of leads and records to sales teams.

SmartCOMM: An enterprise document generation solution that integrates with Salesforce to create personalised customer communications.
Conga Composer: A document generation tool that allows Salesforce users to create, customise, and deliver documents like quotes, invoices, and reports.
